Had to replace a damaged evaporator core in my 2.2l s10. This took me about 8 hours to complete. There really is no information out there on how to do this so I thought I would make a video to give an idea of how its done. Looking back I would start with taking out the battery and then the coolant overflow. Attached to that overflow is a Delphi box that comes off too. I already had the receiver/drier removed. Once those are out of the way, then go after the wheel well and proceed to remove the blower portion holding the evaporator core in it.
