Our technical team makes extensive use of MagmaSoft Casting Simulation software to develop the highest quality cast components. We simulate the entire process from filling the mould through to solidification. This includes how and at what velocity the metal flows into the mould cavity, as well as the cooling temperatures. As a result we can see ahead of time what slight process changes are required to ensure defect-free castings are produced.
