I welded together this redneck dual tandem four wheeled bicycle after watching another bike car video on here. The next door neighbor donated 4 bikes for parts. Notice the wheels are different sizes. This design tends to shimmy at 20 mph, a problem that I fixed by toeing out (divergent angle) the front wheels a little bit. The wheel base is somewhat narrow, but it was much cheaper to make it this way and passengers don’t mind leaning into turns. Plus, it (barely) fits between the bike path barriers, which is quite convenient.
