  • Polyrack are a family business that design and manufacture products for electronic components including sheet metal and mechanical parts. SolidWorks Mechanical Conceptual helps them to quickly sketch mock-ups of their working design to demonstrate and sell their ideas to customers.

Created a wax injector from an old coffee maker.
An old glas jar and some brass tubing from an old lamp.

Started out trying to build cheap equipment for silversmithing. So far I has completed the silver melting furnace and burner for under 100 $. After the wax injector i plan to build the electric furnace (for loosing the wax and heat the flask to about 900 celsius). Simultaneous with this wax injector project i am also building a vacuum extractor.
Coming up as a guide soon :) .
