2002 Minivan Dripping Condensate into passenger compartment rug. This is not good since the temperature outside is climbing fast. What I did to fix it. Watch to the end for a TSB I found on it. I wasn’t able to get the number of the TSB but the date of the TSB is given in the video.. Chrysler says it might need an O-ring to keep the condensate from dripping back into the passenger compartment. the O-ring number is shown in the video. Also a cool YouTuber suggested I replace the Cabin air filter. He was 100 percent correct. the bottom 1/3 of it was completely saturated with condensate. please note: not all 2002 Grand Caravans actually have a cabin air filter. Please check before buying one. Mine was located under the dash near the radio/heater controls. A slide clip has to be moved toward you then the long black cover is removed. Then the filter has to be pulled out at an angle since straight down it will hit the floor. Good luck!
In this video, I show how to reuse the molding sand after a pour by re-moisturizing it.
