Using “Great Stuff” Big gap filler, it is easy to mold a new foam bed within complex shapes. It can be cut and sanded easily. Left for 8 hours to cure, the foam will expand quite a bit, but don’t be afraid to apply liberally as to avoid air bubbles. Once set up, this stuff really adheres to plastic and vinyl very well, and will provide resistant padding that should last a very long time.
