MEGA 1600 AV und MEGA 2500 AV are modern hydraulic high-performance presses for the production of anodes of all commonly used dimensions can be produced in optimum quality. These presses are equipped with advanced vacuum technology and enable a production capacity of up to 60 large-sized anodes per hour. A specially designed dosing and mould filling system ensures a uniform filling of the mould, which together with the modern press control results in a very homogeneous density distribution. A further advantage is the relatively low forming temperature whereby the emission of pitch fumes is significantly reduced and the use of a separate water cooling of the formed anode can be avoided.
